FusionNav-Box is a self-developed robot navigation controller delivering a full-stack intelligent control solution for industrial unmanned mobile systems. It supports multi-sensor fusion positioning across 2D/3D SLAM, QR codes, GPS/BDS, and reflector + IMU (±10 mm SLAM, ±2 mm fine positioning, ±1° angle), offers high-expandability access via 29-channel IO, 2-channel CAN, 3-channel 485/232, and Gigabit Ethernet with open API and VDA5050 support, adapts to differential, single-steer, dual-steer, and omnidirectional chassis, and runs from -40°C to 85°C with IP65 protection for smart warehousing, transfer, and inspection.
